HOLTZEN ENGINEERING GROUP success is based on technically sound common-sense engineering, being responsive, and quickly resolving issues during construction.  We provide realistic engineering solutions through established processes and design methods continually resulting in constructible projects which minimizes owners’ construction costs.

Geoff is one of the most respected and experienced engineers in Oklahoma.  He started his career in the private sector performing civil and structural design.  He later accepted an opportunity to serve as Civil Engineer and Public Works Director for the City of Enid for 6 years where he performed Civil & Landfill design and was responsible for (8)-departments as Public Works Director, before returning to the private sector.  Geoff is 2nd to none in his experience and knowledge of Municipal Infrastructure, Site Design, & Structural Design.  Geoff is a charter member of the Oklahoma Structural Engineering Association.  His dedication to his clients and projects has created numerous successful life long repeat clients.

Scott started in the construction industry working for an earthmoving site development company where he got first hand experience in the field and observed what works and what doesn’t. Due to this, he developed a real understanding of common sense construction. Scott began his engineering career in Alaska where he designed bridges in some of the harshest conditions on earth.  He also provided structural engineering for a variety of buildings in some of the most active and powerful seismic areas in the United States.  He developed a unique and deep understanding of structural behavior which required common sense engineering to create successful and buildable projects.  He moved back to Oklahoma in 2006 to join forces with Geoffrey Brueggemann where they formed Brueggemann Holtzen Engineering now named Holtzen Engineering Group.  Scott has immense experience with Project Management, Site Design, Drainage Studies, Utility Extensions, and Structural Design and Analysis.  Scott is an engineer relentlessly pursuing better ways to serve his Clients by innovating new design processes and methods to reach that goal.
